Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are usally process within 1-4 business days. UNLESS there is a sale, due to high volume we require an additional 3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days and international shipping varies by location. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! Mane Addikt ships worldwide. Shipping times and cost vary depending on your location.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Q:Are your products safe for all hair types, genders, and ages?

A: Absolutely! Our products are designed to nourish, strengthen, and style hair of all textures, genders, and ages. We recommend doing test patches for allergic reactions and waiting at least til newborns are at least 7 days old before using. 

Q: How do I use Mane Addikt hair products?

A: Each product comes with instructions. For best results, follow the recommended routine and combine products for a complete hair care experience. 

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: NEVER! Mane Addikt is 100% cruelty-free.

Wigs & Bundles

Q: What types of hair do you offer for wigs and bundles? 

A: We offer premium unprocessed human hair that looks, feels, and styles like natural hair.

Q: How should I care for my wigs and bundles?

A:Wash with sulfate-free shampoo, condition regularly, brush thoroughly, and  store properly. See product labels for full hair care instructions

Q: Can I return wigs or bundles?

A: For hygiene reasons, wigs and bundles are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order? 

A: Order can be modified or canceled witin 24 hours of purchase. After that processing begins and changes may not be possible. Please reach out to us regardless for changes and cancellations. 

Q:What if my product arrives damaged or defective? 

A: Contact us within 4 of receiving your order with photos. We'll replace the item promptly. 

Q: Do you offer refunds? 

A: Refunds are only available for damaged or defective products.

 

Hair Care Returns & Damaged Items 

Q: Can I return hair care products?

A: To maintain quality and hygiene, we do not accept returns on hair care products

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 4 days with phot of the damage. While we cannot offer a full refund or replacement for opened items, we can:

*Help you file a claim with shipping carrier for reim bursement

*Offer store credit toward your next order
